All on the same stalk top.

This one was a bit of a surprise, so I’m not sure the variety!

Can’t decide what seeds to save the shorter one in pic 2 has a bigger head

Today I'm sharing this beautiful variegated sunflower. Its stunning multicolored foliage pairs perfectly with the vibrant yellow of its bloom, creating a truly eye-catching combination.

How'd I do? The tallest ones that haven't bloomed yet are approximately 7 ft tall as measured by a measuring tape. (Scroll to the end to see full picture of bed)

I’m so happy I got to watch her grow and I was able to get her to this point!

Any advice on keeping my wife's sunflower going, if there's anything I can do? She's very sad it's starting to go. Thank you all!

My teddies are blooming! 🌻🧸

It was already supported by two 8’ metal stakes. So I attached a third 8’ metal stake to the existing two about halfway up so that I could support the very top of the plant. Desperate times calls for desperate measures so I used electrical tape directly on the stalk to secure it to the stakes. So far so good, wish me luck. 😜🌻
