Basically, I created this character a few months ago while trying to round out a villain's cast in an AU game concept of sorts. Basically, she's a Floro Sapiens mad scientist who's obsessed with unlocking the full mind-controlling potential behind Floro Sprouts. Basically, not just controlling the body, but properly and permanently controlling the minds of the victims. She gets funding from the big villain, who's interested in those capabilities. She had trouble getting sapient test subjects, but things change when the big villain captures Luigi.
