New swarovski employee
Hi,
Thank you for taking the time to read my post. Ive always liked Swarovski and beautiful items since I was young. I grew up without a lot of money so I could hardly afford them and no one around me could gift them to me. Fortunately, I have a "big girl" job now and I can afford luxury stuff in moderation.
I still couldn't get myself to pay full price for Swarovski, and I ended up applying for a part time and got it! I am beyond excited and honored to be part of the crystal team. The perk of the job is a nice discount too!
I would like to ask this wonderful community about what they like in their sales rep! My background is in healthcare. I really care about people and would hope this jewlery brings beauty to your everyday. The figurines all seem meaningful and well crafted. New to sales and new to luxury, and any advice would be appreciated!
Crystals look kinda dull?
I got both these as presents, the bracelet(smaller charm) very recently and I got the necklace (larger snowflake) around a year ago and I wear it frequently. It was only rlly after I received the bracelet that I noticed the necklace is a lot less shiny and reflective than it used to be and the color seems to have desaturated too? Tbh, I haven’t been wiping it with a cloth after I wear them because I forgot you’re supposed to do that… but I’ve been keeping it in the original box and I don’t spray perfume or hair products much (and I don’t think I’ve sprayed them while I wore the necklace). I also don’t get the necklace wet. I was wondering if there’s any way I could restore it? I did try wiping it with a cloth and then a q tip with a little bit of water on it. Sorry that this is so long, but any advice is appreciated!!
confused. First I saw 2 different ones and came to the conlusion they changed the V sprong a littlw but now I’ve found a third version?
WTS pearcut necklace cheap!
Hey ya'll! Apparently missed the return window on this beautiful pear cut necklace. Just doesn't quite fit my neck well even with the extender. After using my birthday discount I paid about $475 (retail close to $600). If anyone would like to take it off me for $300 OBO I'd greatly appreciate it! Comment or message me for more pics or if you have an offer/any questions! Has only been tried on! Never worn out of the house :)
ISO the Swarovski x Loop Experience 2
Any kind Internet stranger not using and interested in selling or wanting to part with their Swarovski loops?
I've got alerts set on all sites to no avail and it's become a need much more than a want for multiple reasons.
Help.
any way to convince swarovski to do a partnership with nintendo ?
with the zelda film and the remake of ocarina of time coming soon maybe it would be a good opportunity for swarovski to make these beauties come to life ? most of the original zelda players are adult with money and a good replica of these jewels would sell much better than shrek 👀
Hi! I’m the one who spent $4000 at Swarovski. This is what I got.
WOWWW I did not think my post was going to blow up the way it did. No it wasn’t rage bait and no it’s not AI 😭
Because there was a few people who asked to post what I got;
Just wanted to give a quick update on my last post about spending $4,000 at Swarovski.
First off, thank you to everyone who left kind and genuinely helpful comments. I read every single comment and the advice I’ve been given did not go unnoticed. I got a lot of great advice that I really do appreciate. Of course, there were also plenty of negative comments. Some people questioned my intelligence, and I definitely considered clapping back. But honestly, I decided to be the bigger person because at the end of the day… it’s really not that deep. The day ends, life goes on, and arguing with strangers online isn’t worth the energy.
The one thing that did bother me, though, was how many people assumed my financial situation. A lot of comments made it seem like I emptied my savings, lived paycheck to paycheck, or came from a family that struggles financially. That’s simply not the case.
I actually recorded a whole video explaining everything, but I realized this subreddit doesn’t allow videos, so I’ll keep it brief. My family lives comfortably, we’ve always been taught to invest, and I’ve been investing for years myself. I’m not hurting financially because of this purchase.
Another thing I wanted to address is the people asking, “Did you really think you were buying real diamonds?” No—I didn’t. In fact, the very first question I asked when I walked into the store was, “Is this moissanite?” The sales associate told me no and explained that Swarovski uses its own patented crystal technology developed by the company. I understood exactly what I was buying, and at the time, I was perfectly okay with that. It’s really that simple.
My regret wasn’t that I thought I was buying diamonds. My regret came later, when I learned more about jewelry, resale value, and how these pieces generally don’t hold or appreciate in value the way I had assumed luxury jewelry might. That’s on me, and it’s a lesson learned. HOWEVER that being said It won’t ever be my intention to purchase jewelry as an investment.
At the end of the day, I’m just a young person who made a mistake. It won’t be the first dumb decision I’ve ever made, and it definitely won’t be the last. That’s part of life—you learn and move on.
For everyone who was curious, I figured I’d post what I actually bought from Swarovski. There are about five pieces missing from the photo—mostly a few pairs of earrings and some extra rings—but this is the majority of it.
I definitely think I’ll be returning some if not all because even though I have it like that I can see why people think it’s a ridiculous amount of money.
Where Can I Sell My Crystal Flowers?
I bought these a while back, but I need money. I’m wondering where I can sell these, quickly. They are in perfect condition. I have both; the red, and the purple flower. I’m pretty sure I have the boxes, somewhere. I live in Australia, by the way.
Blacklight reactive crystals?
Hello, I use 13mm 6010 briolettes as my main earrings (I just use 5mm clickers to clip them into titanium rings that I keep in my ears all of the time). I have built up a pretty decent collection of colors.
I have found the ones that are Golden Topaz that I got from art beads light up under blacklight in a really cool way, but literally none of my other colors do T_T. Does anyone happen to know if any other colors that come in this shape react to black light? I would love to have 2 more colors that do it lol. (I wear 3 colors at a time)

Help on identifying figure!
Hello all! I was hoping to get some help identifying this little guy. He and the other figures in the second photo belonged to my grandmom (and now belong to me), but now this little guy is missing. I've looked all over but I'm not totally sure where he is. While I'd rather find the original one, I'm trying to find a replacement for him just in case; unfortunately since I don't know exactly what he is I'm having no luck (I've always though he was a penguin but that gives me no results). I'm like 90% sure he's Swarovski, only because all the other figures are Swarovski. I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone knows.
From what I remember, he's small and both parts of his body (head and torso) were totally round with no indication of anything being broken off. The arm he has is flat like a wing, so I've always though he was a penguin but that gets me nothing. I think he would have been bought sometime before 2004 at the latest. He also seems to have little feet in the photo but I genuinely don't remember those, I've always thought his body was completely flat. I've looked at bears, seals, snowmen, and the few penguin figures Swarovski offers and it's none of those. If anyone has any ideas, I would appreciate the help!
