I cannot unsee. Lurantis seems so very Barrett inspired. Nothing officially beyond orchid mantis, but look at the fairy creature. The stripes, the pose, the colours, the design must have been at least partially inspired by Syd?
I love this Pokemon so much. It makes me happy. I want it to be the Syd Barrett Pokemon in an official capacity. It’s an innocent glamorous lamb-insect
