Hello. I usually don't post or leave reviews but I felt like I needed to for this company because I had one of the worst experiences with them and feel scammed and don't want anyone else to go through the same thing.

I purchased the Tabi Mary Jane from their website. The original price of $1,190, marked down to $129.99 and took the check out offer to add on their Kyoto Jacket for a discounted price for around $50. The purchasing and shipping process was smooth and normal and the items were delivered at a decent time within a little over a week.

I should've seen it as a red flag from how the items were wrapped and packaged so tightly and unprofessionally. The huge disappointment came when I opened the package and examined the items. The products are not the quality they advertise and promise and were made out of cheap materials that you would find at some low end market - NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I could've made these myself and I don't know how to make shoes or clothes. That's how cheap they felt and it was almost insulting for how much they cost.

The worst part came when I was trying to return the purchase and ask for a refund. They just wouldn't give me a refund. Instead, they kept offering apologies and discounts, each email getting progressively higher in the amount of discount but I clearly stated multiple times throughout the interaction that I do not want any more offers and would just really appreciate to have a refund. In the end, they still wouldn't give me my refund so I disputed the transaction with my bank and thankfully I got my money back.

Save yourself from the headache and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Please stay away and don't support this company. They are a scam. Definitely not a true, authentic Japanese company even though they advertise that they are and display an address in Japan. The package even came from China. What a joke.
