woodchuck sato | sizing
hi everybody!
i know questions regarding sizing probably get asked a lot in general, but I still find myself a bit confused with conflicting info / wanted to see if anyone around my size could help me specifically.
im interested in getting the woodchuck sato heels with the bow in black cow leather. I am aware that their size chart doesn’t necessarily line up with other ones and that you should use your feet’s cm measurements. I am typically a US 7, and when I measured my foot I got 23.5 cm, which aligns with their size 36.
the reason why I’m still a bit hesitant is because I’ve seen about half of their customers say you should add another half centimeter to your measurements and get the next size up, because it could be pretty tight if the shoe is exactly the length of your foot (tho idk that woodchuck sato themselves necessarily recommend doing this?). but then the other half of customers say that they run big and their heels slip out, so if anything to size down. I know I’ll have to make a decision and just see for myself, but was wondering if anyone else is maybe a true 7 / has those same measurements and could let me know their experience (or even just their general take on the size up v down argument, regardless of your size). I normally wouldn’t mind just ordering and exchanging but I have a trip coming up I’d love to take them on, so I’d like to tryyyy getting it right the first time !
