My Dracaena suddenly started looking like this and I’m not sure why. I water it about once every 3-4 weeks with filtered water. The soil is a mix of coconut coir, charcoal and perlite. Please help!

Saw a sale on plants and couldn’t pass this baby up, what would you recommend to nurse this baby to full health 🪴
