kyaa karu main??????? early morning breakdown ft cse

subah subah mental breakdown ho rha hai mera

guysss genuine question for people prepping for placements rn

almost everyone's doing the same thing solve 300-500 LeetCode questions, build 2-3 projects, add them to your resume and pray ki shortlist ho jaye

but like what's the point of solving 500 questions if you fumble during an actual interview? and on the other hand what's the point of buildng projects if you can't even clear the DSA round?

I'm confused about where to actually put my time especially with placements getting more competitive every year .. talked with few seniors this year placemnet scene was bit brutal

Suppose you have the next 3 months to prepare what would you focus on?

  1. DSA grind + LeetCode
  2. Building one genuinely good project from scratch (without blindly following tutorials)
  3. Applying for internships and trying to get actual experience
  4. Core CS subjects + mock interviews

seniors who've already sat for placements or got internships please share what actually worked for you as in what mattered more than you expected and what turned out to be a complete waste of time?

No gyaan about consistency and hard work pls 😭 just want to know what actually makes a difference IRlll

same as the title suggest so I’ve been out of touch with development for a while ( basically this whole sem) and want to start building again looking for some project ideas that are actually useful and good enough to put on GitHub/resume

What projects did you guys build around this stage that actually helped you learn and was intresting enough to invest your time ??

Striver's A2Z sheet

Why has the striver removed the number of modules after zenkii update? Were those modules not so important for dsa interview rounds/building approach/learning patterns?

Personally I don't like it
