What was the most ridiculous/surreal call or request you've ever had? I worked for Apple as a call center sales rep and this guy called in to buy the iPhone that had just come out just to put it on the table during business meetings "to be taken seriously". He flat out told me he didn't care about the specs and that it could be the cheapest version, too, as he'd never actually use it, because he's a Samsung guy.
