Eclipse photobombing | Sony a7RV & Tamron 50-400mm

Probably used up all my photography luck for next few months with this one. Eclipse was spectacular already but catching the small plane in the middle of it was not on my shot list 🤯. Supper happy to have the Sony a7rV and to be able to crop in.

Should I buy the Tamron 50-400mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III VC VXD Lens E mount for Motorsport Photography?

I currently have a 70-300mm Tamron f/4.5-6.3 Di III RXD on my A7III. I have been shooting Motorsport photography throughout 2026 so far. I find the 70-300mm is very lacking in getting good shots. I know it is an intermediate lens. Has anybody shot Motorsports/Fast moving objects on the 50-400mm and can give an honest opinion. Thank you.

Tamron 50-400 or Tamron 150-500 for Nikon Z

Aside from reading mechanical reviews online, I would like to hear about user experience: which lens for the Nikon Z system is sharper? Is it the Tamron 50-400 or the Tamron 150-500? I am debating which one I should get. My primary use is photography of airplanes. I understand the 400-500 range can be beneficial, but if it's soft, then it's useless.

My question applies across the common range, so it would be between 150 and 400.

Thanks

Looking for an adapter ring for Panasonic Lumix S9

Hi, I have a vintage 80-210mm Tamron lens I wanted to use with my new Panasonic Lumix DC-S9, do you know if there is an adapter ring that would fit my new camera?

Thank you!
