I have been trying to buy 3 different parts of the Furina inspired set of clothes, I first tried ordering through Taobao itself but it said something about expired/ invalid products, which upon further digging was because the company (MiHoYo) doesn't support shipping to the UK. So I tried Superbuy, when I pasted a link of one of the set pieces it said that I can't order it there due to legal reasons. Anybody got any workarounds?

anyone know how I can get the English version?

FYI Ordered a few things for the first time from taobao to Toronto Canada and it was seized by customs :(

So it's my first time buying from Taobao and I'll delete this if it's already been answer too many times. I just don't know how to search for it.

So I want to buy merch from a game whose only store is in Taobao, and when I downloaded the app, I couldn't access their store. At first I thought this meant that the Taobao app in my country and the one in China are different and thus I couldn't buy it. Which checks out because people who have bought it use something called Superbuy to make the seller ship to warehouse then Superbuy will forward it overseas. Everyone and everywhere people were saying to use superbuy.

Then I tried switching the language on the Taobao and I was surprised that allowed me to actually find the flagship store. Though I now had to use a different phone to translate everything. After inputting an overseas address I was surprised that they did in fact have a shipping option. one priced per 0.5kg and one 232 yuan.

All the tutorials I've seen have just said to use superbuy, but then I discovered this.

The only address I've put is overseas ones, so now I'm wondering if I should just go with the taobao app and skip superbuy? I'm only buying one item so no need for consolidation and it weights 2.5kg. Also since this is already in taobao why does every tutorial even recent ones still use superbuy? superbuy doesn't tell you how much shipping is until it's already there.

Since it shows up on the Chinese language version of the Taobao app, I'm assuming this is mostly used for Chinese people living overseas and not for overseas people ordering overseas but I'd have to ask why? what's the drawback of me using it?

Hey there. I got logged out of my account and logging back in isn't as easy as it should be. Does anyone have any advice? I have to show valid proof of being a citizen of China but unfortunately I am not. Is there a way around this?

Hii. New to taobao and I am looking to buy clothes. However, I noticed a lot of sellers show the sizes by weight range and often have no measurement chart. To anyone who has bought clothes, were the sizes true to your weight? I understand that catties is different from lbs and kg, but should I buy one size bigger in case? Thanks

Is there an international email to contact taobao support? My account phone number got frozen so i couldnt link my verified alipay to it. I am afraid i would have to pay for international calls if i call the support number

Has anyone bought Ash Wood Dining Table or Ash Wood Bedside table from Taobao? I'm trying to confirm with the seller that it's made of solid wood and not ash veneer. But still hesitating because I dpn't want to spend on it if it's not going to last for 5 years. It's not dirt cheap but it's 50% less than having one made in my country. Thank you!

I want to purchase an item from a Taiwanese seller on Xianyu. Their listing says 运费台湾顺丰到付. Which is COD, right?
Will Cainiao accept this item?
I already have items in storage so I’d prefer to use Cainiao but I can use another service. I need help communicating with the seller to make sure the item isn’t returned.
