If you are trying to find the latest Xplore onboarding community/calendar, follow these steps:

1. Visit https://g91.tcsion.com/LX/login#lx
2. Now, just Log in. Enter your CT/DT ID in both the Login ID and Password fields.( we dont have to create any account)
3. From the sidebar, click My Calendar.
4. Click Global11 Calendar.
5. Under Select Course/Community, select Community.
6. Under Select Course/Community Name, scroll all the way to the bottom.
7. You should find the latest added onboarding community there.

That's where you can check the newly added Xplore onboarding community.

I was interviewed on June 8th at adibtla..

The tr and Mr rounds went well, they asked me basic questions🙂

But i answered most of them, and the mr was like we weren't satisfied with your performance..!!! 🤯

The I realised I was rejected, then suddenly while i am walking out, they called me for he round, but wtf🥴 ..

I wasn't expecting that, but still I thought of getting ninja😐 based on their reaction!!

Guys, still will i get digital?? only one person in my panel received OL!! Remaining didn't,

but atleast they aren't giving any update! 😮‍💨

Hi all,

I’ve been working at Capgemini for 1 year and currently in BOTP.

I received my TCS offer letter on 28th July.

In the onboarding portal, there are 3 sections to fill:

1. Documentations - It’s asking for Resignation Letter

2. Certifications

3. National Skill Registry

I haven’t resigned from Capgemini yet because I was waiting for the TCS Joining Letter first.

My question: Do I need to fill all 3 sections including resignation letter to get the JL?

I can’t upload resignation letter right now.

Also, I’m not able to find any HR contact in the offer letter to clarify this.

Has anyone faced this? What did you do?

Any help/guidance on how to reach TCS HR for this query would be really helpful.

Gave my tcs interview. Answered everthing but they weren’t asking too many questions. Just asking from ai ml projects which i have . Mainly cv . I don’t know whether they were uninterested or something

but i was in first 30 interviews.

I used sorting function in tcs coding question but there was constraint to not use sorting will they reduce my marks ?

I got TCS Prime offer on 12th if this month, off campus hiring 2026 batch.

I'm currently working in some company and there's a 1 month notice period for this company. But we come to know about TCS joining just before 15-20 days😭.. But if i want to resign my job, i need to serve one month notice...

What i should do now.. Please guide if anyone aware of this situation.. It really helps me a lot..

I’m currently pursuing my MCA (2-year Master’s program), and I have started my final year. I recently received my TCS offer letter at the beginning of my final year, so I still have around one year left to complete my degree.

I wanted to ask people who have been in a similar situation:

• If you received your TCS offer letter while you still had a year left in college, when did you receive your joining date?
• Did TCS ask you to complete your degree first and then join?
• Did anyone receive a joining date before completing their final semester, or was it always after graduation?
• Approximately how long was the gap between completing your degree and joining TCS?
• Did the joining process or waiting period differ depending on the role (Ninja/Digital/Prime)?
• I got a Digital role.
• I already got the bgc and documents submission portal.

I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has gone through the same situation could share their timeline.

Hello, I worked at a retail shop for 4 months last summer and then left, but I don’t have a relieving letter or joining letter. They generated a UAN number for me, and that company’s name appears in my service history. I haven’t worked anywhere for the past 1 year. So, can there be any problem in my BGV? I’m a 2026 pass-out. I didn't mention that experience in my application form because that was not related to IT.

I accepted my TCS Offer Letter (OL) on 4 February 2026, but I still haven't received any clear update regarding the next steps or joining process.

I keep receiving multiple emails/messages from TCS Xplore, but I'm confused about what exactly I need to do and which activities are mandatory.

Can someone who has already gone through the process please guide me on:

1. What needs to be completed after accepting the OL?
2. Are the TCS Xplore courses/activities mandatory?
3. Do I need to complete anything on the TCS NextStep/ILP portal?
4. What is the process for BGC, NSR, Joining Letter (JL), and onboarding?
5. Is anyone else from the same timeline still waiting for their joining update?

I would really appreciate it if someone could explain the process step by step. I'm completely confused about what I should be doing right now. Thank you!

Anyone have any update of pending results of tcs nqt off campus who didn't get any rejection mail?will tcs give any mail to them who didn't get any update after interview be it rejection or selection 🙂

Got my TCS offer letter on 20th July and I'm ILP eligible. Currently going through the BGC process, which requires uploading all semester marksheets. I'm in 7th semester now, but:

• My 5th semester marksheet hasn't been issued by my college yet
• My 6th semester results haven't even been published yet

So I'm missing two semester marksheets, not because I lost anything, just delays on the college's end.

Should I go ahead and submit the BGC with whatever marksheets I currently have, or wait until both are available before submitting? Don't want to delay onboarding, but also don't want to submit an incomplete BGC.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation — what's the right approach here?
