Hey Can anybody guide me what to do now? I am into deloitte nla 26 waiting for pht and from reconsidered batch of april 29. I also have TCS Ninja offer in hand with Joining letter yet to come. I am so frustrated sitting at home as nothing is moving fast with any of these two companies. I made up my mind to select Deloitte as its Big4 but people say they may take time to onboard till may 2027. What if TCS comes before that? Should i take it?? Also sitting at home is frustrating so I was thinking to apply for other jobs or internships but I fear once i join any other job then there may come a problem in pf account as I am a fresher. Talking bout internship, I usually get internships of 6 months duration. WHat if deloitte onboard comes in between can I leave safely without any issue ??? Whats your suggestions?

Hi everyone,

I was selected for the Capgemini VLSI role through campus placements (Capgemini Exceller 2025–26) from New Horizon College of Engineering (NHCE) Bangalore for 5.5 LPA,in October 2025.I also received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from Capgemini last year.

However, I am still waiting for the official offer letter and onboarding details for the VLSI role.

Recently, I also received a survey link regarding a Technical Support role from Capgemini, which has made me a little confused about the status of my VLSI selection.

Could anyone from the 2025–26 Capgemini VLSI campus selection or other colleges please share if you have received any update regarding:

VLSI offer letter release

Onboarding/joining date

Whether the Technical Support survey is related to our original selection or a separate requirement

If anyone has any information or has contacted Capgemini HR/placement team recently, please share your experience.

When can we expect the VLSI offer letter and onboarding?
