Hi all. I’m a retired airline pilot. Before flying for an airline I worked in Television for about 7 years. Mostly as a TD for news casts and freelance for NBA games. the last switcher I punched buttons on was the Zodiak. Yes probably completely obsolete. Us old timer TD’s punched everything on the fly. I got out just as macros, keyframes and macros were just coming in. The effects you TD’s do today blow mind. just wanted to say hi and I am very impressed with your work.
