I'm building SwipeHired, an AI-powered hiring platform that helps recruiters discover and hire the right candidates faster while giving job seekers a simpler way to find opportunities.

I'm looking for a Technical Co-Founder based in Pune (preferred) who has experience building real products from scratch.

Ideal profile:

• 2–6 years of software engineering experience (or exceptional final-year student with strong projects)
• Strong in React/Next.js, Node.js, React Native, or backend development
• Experience with AI/LLMs, RAG, or agentic AI is a big plus
• Startup mindset and willing to build long-term
• Equity-first opportunity (no salary initially)
