After his friend Abdelhak Nouri suffered a cardiac arrest in 2017 causing lasting damage, Ismael Saibari now watches new teammate Jamal Musiala collapsing infront of him and coming to help.

There is no official statement yet, but Bild is reporting Musiala suffered a heatstroke.
