I get it quite frequently but am always apprehensive to use it because I think just beating the boss and getting the boss item is always the better choice, I usually just check to see if it’s a crawl space and skip it if not
I started a regular run with Lazarus and started with Blood Oath. Is this a glitch or am I missing something ? I am playing on PS5.

1000+ hours in the game and i don't think I've seen an ultra secret room like this before
I've beaten Mother for the first time after like a week of trying.
She took like 6 minutes to die, and I felt a little bit guilty for winning like this, but fuck it, I hate that boss. Now I can finally try to unlock the Tainted characters.
