Throne & Liberty to "evolve" its itemization systems in its 2nd full scale expansion: Nix

Official: https://www.playthroneandliberty.com/en-us/news/articles/the-frozen-divide-announcement

It looks like Throne and liberty is following a massive multi-year expansion model similar to Guild wars 2 in the past as leaks show a 3rd mass expansion in pre development maybe for 2028 which might explain the size of the game crossing 130GB.

The update coming in June highlights so many new additions to the game alongside expansions to pinnacle content of the MMO. "Nix is the largest region added to Throne and Liberty to date. New open world gameplay opportunities designed to reward exploration"

Some of the new content arriving:

A new weapon arrives, Gauntlets

A new traversal mechanics, Aethersuit (skydiving)

Reworked progression/gearing systems (believed to be horizontal progression)

Level 60 and continuation of the story leading to the next Raid

A new PvP mode

New open world bosses and a "new Colossus encounter unlike anything seen before"

New open world seamless dungeons (one of the revolutionary content of the game)

New dynamic weathers (weathers affect everything in this game from terrain to combat)

Lifeskills, Housing, group Exploration, and more

Another new player asking questions

Hi,

Yes this is another post by a new player asking some questions that you have seen at least 10 times in the last month.

But I have slightly different question than what is the best thing.

Firstly are there any updated dependable guides? From other games I know that guides online can be misleading and sometimes straight up wrong. So is there any good and updated one?

Second is probably going to be the classic YouTube format question of things I wish I had known when I started playing. Or common new player mistakes and things like that.

Third question is going to be about game difficulty.
I got my character to about lvl30. Mostly there wasn’t much danger to me apart from some quests where I fought like 10 guys at once. But it seemed to me like I did very little damage so I assume I was doing something wrong. Anyways I’m now starting new character because my friends started playing on different server. But because of that I thing I should look for some build guide.

And fourth is about a build.
I tried searching for an answer but didn’t find any near definitive one. Plus they were all kinda old.
The build im looking for is pve burst dmg. I’m ok with doing some setups (like using few buffs/debuffs and/or stacking something to then use it) and doing big dmg in a burst and being useless for a while after.

Thank you all for reading and your answers.

What does Q mean in this game?

I was in a dungeon, we were at the boss, someone said "red Q", and I have to figure out what that means and type back which btw is harder and takes like 5 actions because I'm on console.

We were short a player but I didn't see a queue pop up.

I wasn't the party leader so I wouldn't be the one to set us back up.

What am I missing?

TLdle!

Good Morning Everyone,

Some of you guys might know me from WargameStats/WargameFinder but I've made a new little project called https://tldle.org/ , an unofficial wordle like game for abilities and weapons from Throne and Liberty!

It was just a little thing our guild did for a while so I completely forgot to let others know 😃

How to you complete this?

There's this mission here, but I've already completed it several times, landing perfect blocks, and it's still not counting.

Throne and Liberty - The Frozen Divide: Nix Arrives June 25

The frozen tundra of Nix awaits. On June 25, players will begin a new chapter in Throne and Liberty with The Frozen Divide: Nix. Our biggest expansion yet introduces the massive new region of Nix, the brutal new Gauntlets weapon, new co-op dungeons, level 60 progression, stronger gear, and a dangerous new era of open world exploration.

PVP Stats for Battlegrounds

At what stat levels do you start to see returns in battlegrounds? Prioritize hit until what point? I'm a spellblade, 7400 cp, 2400 magic hit.

Can someone explain Tower of Greed?

I am not sure what I am missing?

The rewards seem insanely bad.

The levels consist of the most boring and tedious "puzzles" I have ever seen in a video game.

You spend like 25% of the time watching the same cutscenes and running on the light bridge.

I am really struggling to see what they were going for with this.

Tips for a returning player

Hi everyone,

I've been playing this game on and off, for a total of 300 hours. I stopped about 5 months ago when Path of Ascension came out. I am a cricifix and I have about 6,500 CP. How long do you think it would take me to reach 7,500 CP with a couple of hours a day (without grinding too much)? Keep in mind that I'm not an experienced player and I'm free to play. thanks in advance.

Dev accountability

Whoever the dev was that designed the Mana Wastes jump puzzle needs to stream themselves doing it on live servers with a controller. Every time fail a jump they owe every player 1 lucent, every time they get reset to the start they owe 10 lucent, and every time a grapple or jump glitches they owe 100 lucent. They can shave of 1 lucent per second left on the timer when they finish. It's time someone pays for their insolence.

bright idea!!!

yes lets make the rewards for these "events/trials"have stat points, BUT make MAJORITY of the parkour not functional 80% of the time, I either miss a grapple, fall through a platform, ETC. and NOT have checkpoints if you fail.... great game(im sorry for the rant but i hate this so much)

Will Ukraine be added to the supported regions?

Hi,

I want to highlight a regional issue with Throne and Liberty that affects players from Ukraine.

Right now, Ukraine is not included in the global (Amazon Games / EU) version of the game. At the same time, it is also not part of the CIS version published separately.

According to the official CIS supported regions list, Ukraine is not included there either.

So the situation is basically:

- Not available in EU/global version

- Not available in CIS version

- No official way to access the game at all

This also means Ukrainian players cannot:

- play on official servers

- make purchases or support the game legally

- access the game without violating Terms of Service (region workarounds/VPN etc.)

There is a local petition on this issue, which currently has 2,000 signatures. Unfortunately, I can't post a link to it here.

I’m posting this mainly to raise awareness and ask:

  • Is Ukraine intentionally excluded from both publishing regions?
  • Is there any plan to include Ukraine in EU/global servers in the future?
  • Where are Ukrainian players actually supposed to play?

Right now it feels like Ukraine is “between regions” and simply not assigned anywhere.

I only encounter this problem with Korean games, which spread their regions across different localizers. It's a crappy situation when you have to do a bunch of unnecessary steps and risk getting banned just to play the game.

Coming back

Hi! I've been thinking about coming back to the game, but there are a couple of things holding me back. How many people are there to create content, and how difficult is it to start over with a level 1 player? What's the current state of the game?
