Does anyone follow this creator? He literally has so many diagnoses and posts all the time how the doctors turn him away.

He is self diagnosed for most of his stuff. Is it just for attention?

I’ve been following @lydiahickman for years at this point, and honestly, I can’t keep up with her mood swings anymore. It’s concerning. It’s not normal for such a young woman to be this emotionally unstable over the smallest things.

This week she uploaded an Instagram story saying she took her dog to be groomed and ended up crying because, according to her, they “messed up her face.” Like… what? That’s insane!!!! She tries to present these mood swings as quirky and funny, but they’re really not.

At some point it stops being relatable and starts feeling like there’s genuinely something wrong.

Does anyone else think all this money and weight loss is getting to her ?

I used to love Annie’s content. Come from a very broken family, so her “Sharing your anonymous family secrets” series was gold to me.

But recently, I can’t help but feel there’s eventually going to be a big PR break about her. Something in her content lately has started to feel very sinister to me.

TLDR Background: She adopted a boy who ended up having significant mental health issues in his teens. Annie has since come forward to say that it was discovered he (now 17? EDIT: 18) was abusing her daughter (who’s currently 13) for years.

What rubs me the wrong way is lately ALL of her content has been about this. More or less encouraging her large following to harass her son. But if you do find her son’s page, you’ll know Annie is the one who created it and ran it for a significant portion of the content online, trying to start a “Tourette Influencer” page with him while he was a minor.

She’s also encouraging a TON of discourse about how adoption isn’t safe, he’s not really her son, etc.

Recently, since sharing this very personal, traumatic info about her teen daughter to millions of people, she’s included her daughter in some of her videos to discuss the subject.

I wouldn’t be shocked if in another year, Annie is running a “Survivor” page through her daughter.

I guess, my issue is that neither of these kids consented (or can consent) to being online. They didn’t (and don’t) understand the lifelong consequences attached to what she’s doing.

And she knows what she’s doing. She has paywall content going FAR more in depth about what the son did.

I feel very bad for the daughter.

EDIT: Lol pretty sure she’s seen this post based on her recent TikToks. It’s important to note that she’s a big fan of deleting comments and blocking people, so if any of you go to view her page, it’s not worth it to comment on the situation.

EDIT: So due to a lot of the comments here, I’ve done a much, much deeper dive into her content than I’d ever want to. BOTH of her daughters (13 yr old & the adult bio daughter) claim to have experienced repeat SA in the home without the parents knowing. Her oldest daughter, however, did not want her story shared the way the child is “consenting” to.

If anyone wants to have deeper insight into what she’s sharing behind the paywall, I’d highly encourage listening to her podcast “Things I Can’t Say”. She’s much more candid there.

EDIT 4: Hi Annie! Very clear you’re stalking this post, totally fair. I will say, in all my years of being online, I’ve only seen really messy creators, where there was truth to the posts, actually care and continue to engage with it. It’s usually a bad sign. Sorry for sparking the creation of your Snark sub. There’s been several threads in this sub about you over the last year though, so it was probably bound to happen at some point.

I remember this creator going viral for lip syncing videos to Gypsy Rose. His content hasn’t been in my fyp for awhile but lately his live streams have been popping up at night and he’s always asking for money. Saying he just put down a deposit but now can’t move in? Does anyone else get fishy vibes? We’re all just a paycheck away from a serious situation like this but the comments were noting how he hasn’t provided any proof.

This account (@save.racheal.from) is currently stealing content from a creator who has passed away (@stephs.journey) to try and steal money from people. Please let this be a reminder of how many blatant scammers there are on tiktok.

Edit: just a disclaimer, I have reached out to Steph’s daughters to let them know that this is happening, as they are the only ones that would be able to submit an “impersonation” report to TikTok.

No way in hell is he still sober he's on live in a random country walking around at night looking like he's half dead dancing with random men. I am scared for his well being lowkey and I always hope the best for him but he seems manic right now
