Was in Japan last week for 2 weeks. my friend who lives there, managed to borrow a car off a fella he knows in Tokyo. Neither of them are into cars and apparently it was bought off a old woman in Northern Japan.

Just Happened to have Te37's on it, with no explanation. Did 2500kmh from Tokyo to Hiroshima and back. Even did 3 laps of Fuji speedway. Absolute champ of a car, 2NZ AWD 90 hp with the worst auto box I've ever used.

I miss her already hahaha

Spotted this Rolls-Royce Cullinan on the M1 yesterday with what looks like a single-letter “M” registration plate. Pretty cool spot — definitely not something you see every day!

I tried putting the plate through a UK vehicle check but nothing comes up, so I’m thinking it could possibly be a foreign number plate.

Anyone know where this plate might be from or anything about it? Would be interesting to know the story behind it.

EDIT: Mystery solved!
Turns out it’s a Gibraltar “G-less” personalised registration. Gibraltar recently introduced plates without the usual “G” prefix, with single-letter registrations priced at £50,000. (Government of Gibraltar⁠)

Earlier this year Yianny posted a video about these Gibraltar plates and M was actually one of the £50k plates shown.

Even better, someone in the comments found an Instagram post from Gibraltar Plates showing the exact same black Rolls-Royce Cullinan with the newly purchased “M” registration in Gibraltar. So it looks like I’ve now randomly spotted the same car over here on the M1

Pretty cool seeing a plate like that out in the wild.
