Grid Fill wont work because of topology rape

This Triangle I beveled (It took me an hour to retopologize)

I'm experimenting with making a 3D model that doesn't have the arms or head connected and when making the body, made THIS abomination! However, it is fixed now :D

I should just stick with rigging

This is (supposed to be) hair. I managed to unfuck it a little after thanking this screenshot but its still pretty mid ngl

How's my topology, redditors?

no, this is not sarcasm, I'd like to ask what you think of this topology so I can improve my model

No one will see it

Light was going through the back of the mesh, so i nedded to fill it and this monster was born (the second one is my favorite)

How would you manage this?

I'm learning Blender again, and want to learn how to create effective topology. On my path towards that goal, I keep getting stumped on areas like this. Then I ask myself, "How do I make this all into quads? Do I even need to in this particular area? How would others solve this? Is there one way to do this?"

I'm still training my brain to handle these things, but in the meantime, I wanted to see what others might suggest.

Thanks in advance~
