Paprika, Pepper, & Pistachio (2nd pic)

The Spicy & The Nutty

Repost of Paprika & Pepper - full quality image edit. Plus bonus pic of Pistachio & Pepper.

I hope it's ok that I repost this image, the other one didn't upload full quality. Here's the first good photo I have of Paprika (top) and Pepper (bottom). Pepper was recently rescued from the woods near our home, she's feral and is adjust nicely to her new home. We've been together for a little over a month. She's scheduled to get spayed this week and she's adjusting from feral to house cat pretty well.

We've had Paprika and her brother Pistachio (see 2nd slide) for a few years now. Paprika is tolerating Pepper, but she's not a big fan of changes. Lol. Pistachio is pretty chill and happy to have another cat to play with. I love my lil family of kitties!

Pepper is cute, but deadly 😹

Pepper has officially been with us for one month!

We love her so much, attitude and all. I can't believe she came running out of the woods, crying for food, after avoiding human contact for months. She gobbled up that first bowl of food like it was the only meal she'd had in weeks, and it probably was. 😻💕🥺

I'm so glad she chose us as her humans. She's grown closer to Pistachio and is trying to earn the trust of her sister Paprika. Two torties and a tux kitty, the perfect squad. I'll get a full group photo of them eventually, once Paprika stops hissing/growling at Pepper randomly. 😹

Paprika & Pepper together - rare pic!

My cute Spice Girls!

This is the first good picture I have of them together! Paprika started hissing immediately after I took this. Lol. She's slowly adjusting to life with Pepper. They'll get along better in time. (top shroom: Paprika, mid shroom tree: Pepper)

Pepper Update: Almost 1 month together!

Pepper is adjusting nicely from feral kitty to inside cat. She's slowly getting used to having an older brother and sister. She likes to chase Pistachio around the house and Paprika still isn't super fond of Pepper, but she tolerates her existence. Typical tortie attitude. Lol.

She's gone from 4lb 13oz to 6.1lbs, which is great because they estimate she's about 8 months, so she was underweight when we rescued her. I love seeing her get more confident in her space. Last night all 3 cats curled up with us on the couch and napped while we watched anime. I love my fur babies so much!

Such a pretty kitty in her bow ties

Bow ties are the only collar she won't chew off so I bought her a whole bunch of them
