Need Help! This issue via my xppen tablet and TourBox is driving me insane!

Anyone else having conflicts between their tourbox and xppen tablet?

I recently got a Tourbox elite plus and noticed something pretty strange. Whenever tourbox software is running, the shortcut buttons on my stylus either completely stop working or only work randomly inside clip studio.

As soon as I fully quit the tourbox software, everything immediately go back to normal. It feels like there’s some kind of conflict between these two.

Has anyone else run into this before? Would love to know if there’s a fix or workaround! Thanks!

Deinfluence me

I draw with CSP on my iPad. I’ve been wanting to get the Elite Plus for almost a week now. I mainly want it for how much I believe it will speed up my work flow (I used to draw on a laptop so I’m more used to buttons, and my left hand is practically useless every time I draw) and the luminousity color picker. $300 is ABSURD in my country but I’m seriously willing to spend that much just dreaming about it—that’s the issue. Deinfluence this broke college student from making this purchase !!

I've been testing the dynamic color picker in Clip Studio and it's a game changer

I do a lot of illustration work in clip studio paint, and I recently got a tourbox elite plus and started using their Dynamic Color Picker feature, both the Color Wheel and the Luma-Based Palette. Honestly, it’s been really fun to use.

I mapped it to the D-pad, so now I can instantly bring up the picker, sample colors, and adjust them without breaking my drawing flow. My left hand basically handles all the color controls while my right hand just keeps drawing.

And the Luma-Based Palette idea is actually super smart. Didn’t think I’d use it this much at first, but it genuinely makes coloring feel more natural and way less messy.

How do you Clip Studio Paint (CSP) artists use the new palette/dynamic color picker feature?

I am an amateur artist who doesn't understand anything about values and color theory, and I am struggling to see the point of the luma palette in the new feature. It makes no sense to me, it is said to show the colors in the same luminance range, but some colors are brighter and some are more pale in the luma palette.

Can someone please explain to me how they take advantage of the new feature and which of the two modes of luma palettes do they use?

Settings for Affinity

¿Alguien tiene la configuración de TourBox Elite para Affinity en macOS? La página web oficial solo la tiene para Windows, y aunque puedo cargarla en Mac, algunos atajos no coinciden entre ambos sistemas operativos. ¡Gracias! P.D.: ¡La configuración de la versión Elite o Lite me funciona! 🥰
