I just finished walking the towpath with a pal. We started in Georgetown in February and walked the sections in order as our time off work would allow. It was really lovely to watch the seasons change along our way and to really get to know the C&O. We aren’t currently bikers, but I’m motivated to get back into it it to one day see the whole towpath at a faster clip! But I’m grateful to have had the time to poke along and take side quests and see all the flora and fauna along the way!
