Please help me understand the differences between these two sites. YUS seems ridiculously easy to get upload and bonus points. With seeding a few torrents and getting the daily gifts, I got 20,000 bonus points in my first 10 days of joining. It seems like keeping a good ratio will be super easy.

On ATH, seeding a few torrents (~20 gb) in my first 10 days has resulted in 0 bonus points. Is that just how it is? Is ATH just wayyyy harder to get upload or am I missing something?

some questions:
-why this over p2p?
-popular sites?
-is this a site or just a definition such as private trackers?
-are all of them ftp based?
-do they really hate bittorrent?
-are these closed like PTs?

Hi all, I just joined TL and made the mistake of not doing enough full research into how long building seed ratio takes and ended up downloading too much. My current ratio is sitting just above .3 as of yesterday and I need any suggestions to get it back up. Current issue(i think) is that my upload is stuck typically at 1.2kb even though i am port forwarding. I am also using tailscale if that could be an issue. I still have 5-6 days to correct the ratio and only have 15gb/48gb upload/download. Any suggestions?

I am currently just downloading the popular freeleech torrents so they start seeding immediately.

or am I already screwed?

EDIT: I am just dumb and was only considering one single download that was being slow since it has one seeder. dl/ul is not an issue.

Don't get me wrong. HDB was my main tracker for like 20 years, and many people consider HDB is prestigious. However, during the last few years, I had no interest in HDB anymore. I feel like HDB content is kinda dead with few seeder, bored community. When I moved to BHD, I found BHD is more suitable with my need. I rarely use HDB anymore

Hello, I recently got on Mteam and I kind of misunderstood the Seedbox rule and how freeleech applies ect. By the time I realized and stopped my download it was too late. I got to 12.14 GB of download and 1.74 GB of upload which lead to a 0.14 ratio. In the past few hours I have cross seeded and uploaded well over 100+ GB but my stats on the website are frozen at what they were.

Is there any fix or am I boned? This has to be a world record to be banned off a tracker if so.

Recently downloaded one of their H.265 encodes as it was the only reasonably sized copy of a series I wanted. Does anyone know anything about them such as home tracker, speciality, general quality and how they're perceived as a group as I've not be able to find anything bout them. Thanks in advance.

I'll never get into BTN so what's the next best thing? I always resort to BHD when I want to grab a TV show. It's been great but sometimes when my parents want an older show I can't seem to find them.

Am I missing out on anything better?

I recently saw a stat that said ATH and BHD had basically the same about of movies which made me wonder which is considered the better/more prestigious tracker nowdays.

I recently got into private trackers and currently have around 500 torrents, but I can only cross-seed ~10 of them. I assume this is mostly because the trackers have different releases/encodings.

Is there a way to automatically rank releases based not only on the usual arrstack criteria, but also on whether the exact same torrent/release is available on another tracker?

For example, I don't particularly care whether I get x264 or x265, as long as it meets my quality requirements. If an x264 release is available on both Tracker A and Tracker B, while an otherwise equivalent x265 release is only available on Tracker A, I'd prefer the x264 release because I can seed it on both trackers.

Basically, I'd like cross-seedability to be a preference when choosing between otherwise equivalent releases.

Is there an existing tool/workflow that can do this with Sonarr/Radarr + Prowlarr + qBittorrent/cross-seed/Qui?

Is it just me or is this whole thing kind of addictive?

Mibbit, the one that the site is recommending is shut down. I also cannot enter it with Kiwi unfortunately.

Thinkin of getting a couple of months' sub to NTL Home and downloading as many plays as I can and giving back to the tracker community I have benefitted so immensely from as I see a huge vacuum in that space. I know prowlarr gives the option to add their trackers in the settings page, to be honest I have not see any rules or faq stating prowlarr usage and what is allowed? I know some sites dont allow automation

Does anyone know if it is frowned upon? Im new to the private tracker scene, so just wondering
