has anybody had the same issue while running Traktor pro 4

As I'm checking the beat of my tracks : traktor place the grid systematically a little bit in advance on all of them. It's not much, but just a little bit, so I wonder if it could be my perception, but not...

And I notice also that the beat doesn't follow the peak of the drawn design, it's systemically a bit after, but most of the time, the beat is not on the peak of the drawn design... Must be something I'm missing...

As I'm asking the IA, it told me that could be a problem of latence, but it's a bit too far for me.

Could it be a structural problem in the set up of traktor ? But it's not normal if I have to reshape manually all of my tracks, isn't it ?

A little background info:

- i was very happy and satisfied with the old Z1+X1Mk2 setup. Very impressive sound quality and compact - great value.

- end of my trip, someone offered fair value and I decided to sell, already eyeing the new Z1 + X1

- new Z1+X1+Cases cost about $650 shipped.

- I understand it offers 4 deck control and STEM - i also have a S5 that I keep it permanent at studio and I love the new features added to the Z1+X1 lineup.

- Yet, I needed to ask: should I be looking at a non NI solution for compact traveling DJ controller? I would like to stIck with TP4.

Hey there, I have a really annoying problem.

[S2MK3 Controller with Traktor Pro 4]

When the line faders are all the way down, the newly loaded track is played full volume on the master out.

If I’m just a little way past it, it works exactly as it should (at least as I imagine it should), both before and after I’ve loaded and cued a new track.

Does anyone have the same problem and maybe even a solution for this?

Now I know exactly the problem but still no way to fix it
After I showed the line fader (some may call them volume fader) in the software, I saw each time I loaded a new track, they would be reset to max.

InMusic acquired Native Instruments in May, following the Berlin-based company's entry into preliminary insolvency proceedings earlier this year. The acquisition brought Native Instruments into the same group as Moog, Akai Professional, Rane, Denon DJ, Numark and Alesis.

InMusic told MusicRadar that Native Instruments remains "a strategically important part" of the company and that product development is continuing, with new hardware and software initiatives planned for 2027 and beyond."

And is there a way to get legal licenses for it?

Got an Xone 23c and want to make it work with traktor 3 for older timecodes.

Do I have any chance?

Traktor says my tracks in my smart playlists are missing or corrupt when I load them since I've restructed some folders. I have music on both my local hard drive and an external SSD. In the file management settings I've connected the correct folders. However, I can't load them from the smart playlists. When I drag them from the Finder, they're fine.

I've tried running a consistency check and reconnect the folder. Isn't working.

• Traktor 4 has full disk access (Mac).
• Yees, the files are there of course.
• Smart playlists has the right filters enabled.

How do I fix this?

Is there a way to set the EQ in TP4 to completely isolate, vs. attenuating it? (I'm using an MX2 controller)

Does anyone use a MacBook Neo with Traktor Pro4? I’m curious to know how it runs, especially with the stems pre-separated.

Before, the only real issue with this was that it would not save settings, and I had to manually save my track collection to retain analyzed tracks. But now somehow it defaulted to a really crappy layout and even though I was able to import one of the usually layouts before, after I customized it to fit my preferences and exported it, now it also crashes when I try to import a layout settings file.

So what happens is when I X out, the program just freezes and if I do anything else or wait a few seconds, it will say (not responding) until it greys out and pops up a window saying "Traktor 4 Pro is not responding" with the options to force close the program or wait for it to respond, which obviously doesnt do anything. This happens every time I close it on my PC, which is Windows 10 Enterprise. I have tried reinstalling Traktor, updating Native Access, resetting the settings of Traktor, rebooting my PC several times.

So I recently upgraded my brilliant S2 and TP3 to an MX2 and TP4.

Music library imported no problem.

I have just started to put some mixes together and it is driving me round the bend.

Most of the tracks have not been analyzed correctly. They do not start on the first beat, which for the most part is not an issue. The main issue is when hitting the play button during a mix the track is not in beat. In fact far from it, it literally jumps completely out of sync so cannot just bring a track in and it's in sync.

Then once in sync it drifts like a turntable, again not an issue now and again but I am constantly fighting tracks to stay in beat.

Very rarely happened on S2/TP3, happens all the time with new gear.

I have messed around with tempo sync, snap, quant etc but gets no better.

Can anyone help with settings please?
