How do I remove songs from the Jump Back in?

How do I remove songs from the Jump Back in?

I use spotify around my friends but I don't want to scare them off by having something in my jump back in section

How do I clear my queue? I accidentally added my largest playlist to it.

No option to clear it, and closing the app doesn't work either.

Turn off reels from the Homepage, from search, turn off podcast video recommendations and videos from canvas. Much, much better experience. Just music, not noise.

How can I see how often I listened to songs in my all time favorite playlist?

Like the title says, for most people it shows how often you listened to the songs in your all time favorite playlist, but it doesn’t show for me. Is there any kind of setting for it to show up? Or is there any other reason?

Help would be much appreciated!

Such a good feature

Now when you press the artist name, it doesn’t bring you right to the primary artists page, and lets you choose between all artists and the album

Not in the beta program and in West US

Spotify’s Lacks A True Fully Random Shuffle

How can you stop Spotify from repeating the same shuffle list? I’ve tried to clear my cache and press the shuffle button many times. I have a playlist over 1,000’s songs and subscription. It’s ridiculous.

Spotify Ignores Camelot Harmonic Mixing and Marks Compatible Transitions as Incorrect

Spotify incorrectly marks this transition as incompatible, even though both tracks share the same Camelot key (“8A → 8A”) and the BPM difference is only 5.

For DJ harmonic mixing, Camelot compatibility should be the primary factor, not genre classification or overly strict BPM validation.

At the moment, the system appears to ignore basic harmonic mixing principles and flags musically compatible transitions as incorrect.

If Spotify wants to properly support DJ workflows, transition analysis should take into account Camelot Wheel compatibility, a realistic BPM range, and standard harmonic mixing principles.

Currently, the logic seems to rely more on genre-based analysis than on actual DJ mixing theory.

Listen to JRE ad-free

I've always been annoyed by podcast ads. JRE episodes have a ton of em these days. Searched and found a few apps that could detect and skip them, but they were all paid. So I made a free one. Works for JRE and any other podcast too. Check it out:

https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/drea-podcast-ad-blocker/id6759070798

iOS (26+) only for now. If the app becomes popular I'll def think of doing an Android version as well.

For mods: yes, this is technically self-promotion. But I'm not trying to sell you anything. As I said, the app is completely free and doesn't even have user accounts. Just made something cool that I hope people will find useful. If anyone's suspicious about how it's able to be free, i.e. doesn't it cost money to run, are you selling my data (I'm not) etc. I can explain in the comments. I may open-source the app at some point; still thinking about it.

Cheers.

Cancelled but still charged

My account has been cancelled for a month and it clearly shows "Free Plan." Yet, I was still charged, and no I do not have another account and the account was never paid using a third party service like Apple.

Anyone had similar issues?

Edit: Update in comments.

Spotify can't find any songs today

Anyone else's Spotify not not able to find any songs today?

Standard search at the top just spins forever, and the "Let's find something for you playlist" search field below every playlist is even more definitive, saying "No results."

I've tried it with tons of songs and it can't find a single one of them. Even after a restart, and a logout / log back in. Ugh....

Silly

Why add such a useless feature?? It’s like asking whether you want option A or B and then if you click B asking if you want option A or B again. Stupid!!!

IOS vs Android

Can we talk about how Spotify treats you bad on android Vs good on IOS

edit:

I forgot to mention

I'm not really sure if its a regional thing, but on Spotify free tier things I can only do on IOS include: • The rewind button • Change the shuffle • Playing just the song I searched for instead of a whole playlist with that song somewhere in there • Setting my playlist to loop instead of playing random songs after reaching the end of my playlist

Spotify only letting me add or remove 1 song from a playlist at once

It seems to have started a few days ago on the windows app. It's not making it easy to make the playlist I want. Is this a new thing, because it sucks. Usually you just highlight the ones you want and away you go. This is the windows app.

Terrible Spotify AI glitch

The tracks tagged are from the wrong era and genre. They do not match the answers and prompt. I asked for similar songs to the one playing. Also these suggestions are mostly wrong. Apologies for the large text sight is not my strength.

Liked songs have been disappeared

Last Monday, I was trying to add some liked songs from Discover Weekly but then my liked songs does appeared from my library even on my desktop too. I have over 1,000,000 liked songs BTW. I tried to clear cache, then uninstall and reinstall the app from both devices. And it didn’t even worked. I need help.

Has anyone switched from Apple Music to Spotify?

I’m stuck in a bit of a predicament and could really use some insights from anyone who’s been there.

I’ve been an Apple Music subscriber for around six years now and I’m pretty deep into the Apple ecosystem. I share an Apple One Premier family plan with five others, which gives us access to iCloud storage, Apple TV+, Arcade, and Apple Fitness+. My share ends up being about €5.40 a month. Since I really rely on that iCloud storage and the whole setup works so smoothly, I can't see myself letting go of this Apple One subscription. Essentially, Apple Music feels like it’s “free” for me.

However, a couple of friends got me to try Spotify Premium, and wow… it’s like listening to music has become enjoyable again, fun again.

My main issue with Apple Music has always been choice paralysis. I’d open the app and scroll through my library or my recently added albums, but I could never settle on what to play. My personal station and the Discovery Station never seemed to capture my mood; they felt too predictable and safe.

But with Spotify, that mental burden is lifted. The AI DJ and shuffling options are amazing. I just hit play, and it knows what I’m in the mood for. It takes away the hassle of library management.

So, has anyone else made the switch from Apple Music to Spotify while still being tied to Apple One? Did the excitement of the Spotify algorithm and AI DJ fade after a while, or is it really worth the extra cost for an improved daily listening experience?
