PGWP Reconsideration Refused
My PGWP got refused due to missing IELTS TRF. I applied for a reconsideration request attaching LOE and TRF, even that got rejected. The letter mentioned “insufficient grounds for reconsideration”.
In my LOE I did apologize but also politely mentioned about their portal’s fault for not having an option to add test result sheet and even the checklist hadn’t mentioned it. I am gonna apply for another request, anyone with a similar experience, please guide me on what to write in the letter🥲 take all the blame on myself ( which is so unfair😭) or point out their portal’s failure which might hurt their ego😭
I did highlight the point that I got overall 8 band score and have a good job in the health care sector and want to continue serving the community.
I am so stressed and have no idea what to write this time🤯
