Should I leave my ₹18 LPA job in India and move to the UK after marriage?
I’m 26F from India and currently earning around ₹18 LPA in a corporate job.
I’ve received a marriage proposal from someone who is currently working in the UK. He currently doesn’t have a Skilled Worker visa, but he says he expects to get it within around 4 months.
The suggestion is that after marriage, I should leave my job in India, move to the UK as his dependant, and then look for a job in my field there.
I’m confused because I have a decent career and salary in India, and moving would mean leaving my job and becoming financially uncertain initially.
