What’s a book you admired more than you actually enjoyed?
There are books I can appreciate for the writing, ideas, structure, or cultural importance… while also admitting I didn’t particularly enjoy reading them.
I think those books make for some of the best conversations because “good” and “I liked it” aren’t always the same thing.
What book do you respect more than you love—and what made you keep thinking about it anyway?
