Ovulation tests are bottom two are they positive? Why am I ovulating when my period is due any day this week, lying beside the ovulation tests are negative pregnancy tests I am confused

Am I ovulating? Please reply and help me out! I am due my period this week but the test says I am ovulating if there is two lines
