For those who’ve had a positive experience with neurofeedback, did it eventually become part of your routine—or did you stop once you reached your goals?

I’m curious how people think about neurofeedback after they’ve had a good experience.

Do you see it more like physical therapy, something you do for a period of time until you reach a goal?

Or more like exercise or meditation, something you continue because the benefits are ongoing?
