Boyfriend has cheated, should I stay or should I go?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for almost a year, and I’m trying to figure out whether I’m giving him another chance because I genuinely believe in us, or because I’ve become used to accepting things I shouldn’t.

About 5 months into the relationship, he kissed another woman and told her she could touch him.
In another situation, he kissed me and slept with her the very next day.
I stayed and forgave him.

Since then, there have been other things that have made me question his respect for me. I found an old chat where a female friend was asking what he even saw in me and joking that I probably “smelled like cheese.” He didn’t shut it down. I also found messages where he referred to another married woman as his “girlfriend” and asked ChatGPT to treat his girlfriend well.

He still hasn’t told his parents about me. The timeline has gone from “two years” to “September” to “next year.” We’ve now started couples therapy, and my therapist told me to stop telling him what he needs to do and let him show me through his own actions.

I Q loved him, but I’m exhausted. I need actions, not promisesq.
If you were me, would you give this relationship another chance, or walk away?
