A Tale of Two Neverfulls (A Re🏡 Story)
I know what you're thinking: I'm a lucky gal. I know, I know 😏 I'm the proud owner of 1 beloved style in 2 different eras. I go crazy over Damier and only buy Neverfulls in GM.
On the left 👞: Like New from OLD COBBLER. Did I buy it from Old Cobbler? Well, no, but the nice person who sold it to me did! It's been worn once in its entire lifetime. How can I prove it's from Old Cobbler? You must be new here. If you can't tell an Old Cobbler bag by looking at it, don't bother asking about it, IYKYK! 😉
- This bag was done in the modern style that you can find in stores. There IS a difference even between the NFs from late 10s and now. Go ahead and look that up if you're unfamiliar.
On the right 🇰🇷: A luscious, slouchy PLK. Done in the pre-2014 era, this bag has a date code of 2009. Why does the color and leather look different on this one? Again, that goes back to the era of the bag. Colors were less warm and the leather was glossy. Go ahead and research that one, too.
- She's not perfect; she has wear--she's damn near 20 years old, which, in bag years makes her Vintage (almost).
It's hard to pick a favorite. The new one matches my new Keepall and Speedy, and the PLK matches my vintage auth--they're both so good!
