[HIRING] Short-Form Video Editors / Clippers – High Impact Clipping Agency
Hey everyone 👋
I’m currently building High Impact Clipping Agency and I’m looking for motivated video editors/clippers to join our growing team.
We’ll be working with creators, businesses and brands, turning their long-form content into engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
I’m particularly interested in editors who understand:
• Strong hooks
• Retention
• Captions/subtitles
• Fast-paced editing
• Finding viral moments
• TikTok / Reels / Shorts formats
• Gaming, AI, apps and creator content
🔥 Beginners are welcome.
You don’t necessarily need years of experience. If you can demonstrate that you understand what makes a short-form video engaging, I’d love to see your work.
💰 Payment: Editors will be paid based on the clipping opportunities and campaigns we run. Specific payment structures will be explained during the application/onboarding process.
📈 What we’re trying to build:
Rather than being a one-off editing gig, I want to build a reliable team of clippers who can work on multiple campaigns as we bring more clients into the agency.
