How many calories does an under the desk-elliptical burn per hour?
I’m 18F, 4’6”, and 78 lbs. I’m wondering roughly how many calories I would burn using an under-desk elliptical for an hour at a light/moderate pace.
I know the exact amount depends on resistance and pace, but I’d appreciate estimates from people who use one or know how to calculate it. Thanks!
