Does every new feature actually make an app better? 😅

Sometimes I open an app and wonder why something that should take two clicks now takes five.

At Megamart, one thing we’ve been thinking about is whether innovation should be about adding more features or simply making the customer’s life easier.

What’s one feature you’ve seen on an app that sounded useful but actually made the experience worse?
