Constant Red Bumpy Chin

Hi, I’m wondering if anyone can help. I’ve had a red bumpy chin since around November last year. I have been on Isotretinoin lowish dose since September, cant seem to get too high on it without symptoms being crazy. I am still getting while heads and clogged pores mainly along my jawline and cheeks which is very annoying but what’s more annoying is the chin situation. I had thought it was because a guy I had been seeing has a beard but even when I’m not seeing him it’s there. When I moisturise or put barrier cream on it, the redness and bumps get worse. When I don’t I feel like the redness and bumps aren’t so bad, but maybe it’s because it’s then covered in dry skin. Currently using soolantra at night in an attempt to help it (going down rosacea route) and rozex cream in the morning. Isotretinoin 20mg a day but sometimes I do every other if I feel like my skin is too dry.

Does anyone know what this may be. It gets worse if I’m hot, or exercise. It feels like it’s tingling or on fire a lot of the time and I also think it’s worse if my lips are particularly dry and my lips tingle too.
I’ve been wondering if it could be fungal overgrowth? Some kind of bacteria from the guys beard. Contact dermatitis? But nothing it helping it. It currently feels like it’s on fire. I wouldn’t say it’s perioral dermatitis, I’ve had this before and it feels different. I’ve been on Isotretinoin before but it didn’t do this. The dermatologist has no idea what to suggest which just baffles me as it’s there job. The whole texture of my chin and actually two patches on my cheek feel like nothing I’ve ever felt before. Like the texture is not normal for my skin even when my acne was at its worst.

Has anyone had similar? What was your diagnosis and did you get anything that got rid of it?

Thank you 🙏
