Does anyone have the original German 1951 dub of Disney's Pinocchio (1940)?

I'm searching for the original German theatrical dubbing of Disney's Pinocchio (1940) from 1951.
The Library of Congress / Moving Image Research Center has confirmed that they have a German optical soundtrack in the Walt Disney Company Collection, on nitrate positive film dated 1949. Unfortunately, the surviving track in their collection is only about 54 minutes long, while the complete film is approximately 88 minutes.
I'm therefore trying to find out whether a complete 35mm print, VHS recording, audio recording, or another surviving source of the 1951 German dub exists somewhere.
There have also been reports from collectors about old VHS material containing parts of the old German dub, but I have not yet been able to locate a complete version.
Does anyone here own, know of, or have information about a complete 88-minute version of the 1951 German dub?
Even a lead to a private collector, archive, old VHS, 35mm print, or other surviving source would be extremely helpful.
I also have correspondence from the Library of Congress confirming the 1949 nitrate German optical track and can provide screenshots if anyone would like to see the documentation.
