Random project - Ammo Can Rocket Stove with baffle/re-burner for smokeless burn.
In 2021 I stumbled upon a maker on YT called “Random Chris”. He made a tiny tent stove out of an ammo can and I just loved it! I was determined to make one too. I followed his build as closely as I could and I also put some extras. Looking back, I can’t remember what was his and what I added but here is the final product.
It never worked! 🤷♀️.
Looking back, I think maybe I just needed a taller chimney to create more draw but honestly I don’t know.
Any ideas how to make this stove work? And by work I mean make the baffle/re-burner work so that once it hits temp it emits steam instead of smoke? I wanted to make it a cleaner burn.
FYI the large diameter “chimney” coming off the rhs is supposed to make it a “rocket stove” an air intake where small pieces of wood or pellets can be fed in…
