I want to convert some drawings into 3d lowpoly models, the drawings are frontal views of characters with plain colors, A pose and transparent background.

I spent an entire day trying to get InstantMesh but either the repos are 404 or I can't continue the instalation, always by nvdiffrast fault.

Can you please recommend me a good local tool that doesnt have to install that nvdiffrast? Anything but ComfyUI (too chaotic)
