Do you really think it was Daisy's job to filet the fish?
I can't believe Ben wanted her to do that....that's something a chef should do, couldn't see Kate or Hannah filet the stinky fish with all those bones. If Ben wanted to serve it like that, he should have been out there doing it, then Ellie says on after show "it's easy to filet a fish" would've liked to see her do it. Ben was being a jerk.
