Trying to get quotes for 40 m extension with small renovation ( knocking some walls). Difficult to get a quote. What might the cost of this be? It’s hard to imagine that any normal person can build with the current rates? Will prices come down in the future? A friend of mine in the construction sector said work is slowing down.
