I’ve been on Mounjaro since February of this year. Since 2024 I’ve been On Ozempic till my insurance stopped paying. My doctor tried to get the shots for me but Medicare won’t pay for weight loss So between trulicity and the compound semiglutideI I used those. My doctor retired and the new doctor that took over got me Mounjaro with no problems. Now I see finally that medicare users will be able to get this shot coming soon. I’ve also been upstairs in my apartment complex gym. I go there every day at least for a half hour. I’m 60 year old so firming is tough. I’m 5 ‘61/2 tall. I weigh 145. I am tall frame. My goal was 144 but wonder if I should try for 134?
