Adobe cancel subscription
Hello! Can anyone help me out with this problem I have? I have a adobe subscription and I been wanting to cancel it, I used it for college but since I’m not going anymore I have no need for adobe. I was trying to cancel it today but it wouldn’t let me since I had used the student subscription and used my school email. I tried talking to adobe support but it wouldn’t even let me do that, and it would say on the screen, says “please contact your advisor for help. A member of your organization is a designated contact for issues with your adobe products. Reach out to your advisor or IT for help.“ unfortunately though I don’t talk to my advisor at all anymore since I am no longer in school. I didn’t know if there is any other way I can cancel without reaching out to the old collage. All I wanna do is just cancel my subscription without any terrible hassle, does anyone have any suggestions or ever been through before? If so thank you!
