I just finished my first read of Watership Down by Richard Adams. I knew of this book when I was younger, heard it was a classic, but not much more than it was about rabbits.

I absolutely loved it, and once finished I began reading it all over again. I am picking up on so much more the second time: building appreciation for different characters, Adam's naturalist approach to describing the setting and animals, the plot and seeing the hero's journey unfold.

-Who were some of your favorite characters, and why?

-Have you watched the movie (70's British animated version), and do you think it's worth a watch ( I haven't but I'm curious)?
