Can you create a complete TTRPG in just 1,100 words?

I'm still fairly new to Reddit, but thought some of you might enjoy this challenge.
I'm organizing the second edition of the 1100 Words TTRPG Kitchen, an international TTRPG design jam inspired by classic ingredient-based game design challenges.
Although it's only the second edition under this name, the challenge itself is now in its fifth year.
The idea is simple:
- Write a complete tabletop RPG in 1,100 words.
- Use at least two of four surprise ingredients, revealed when the jam begins.
- Submit your game within two weeks.
Last year, over 100 creators joined the jam and 42 games were submitted in multiple languages.
Participation is free, open to creators of all experience levels, and you can submit your game in any language.
