A couple of weeks ago we started giving some Ultra members in Estonia, Luxembourg, Finland, and Bulgaria access to Albertine, a new concierge benefit we’ve been testing.

How it works: you tell the Albertine app what you need (like dinner reservations, trip planning, event tickets) and a real person takes care of it. Requests go to a team of specialists with real networks, people who know which maître d’ to call and what to say when they do. The platform keeps everything tracked and visible while they work.

• If you’ve had access: has it been worth having? Is it something you’d miss? What would you improve?
• If you don’t have access yet: would this make Ultra more compelling to you? Would you use it if it was available in your country?
