What’s something about Finnish sauna culture that seemed strange to you at first, but now feels completely normal?

For me, one of those things is going straight from a hot sauna into freezing cold air or water. The first time it sounds crazy. After you’ve done it a few times, somehow not doing it feels incomplete. 😂
