I am just starting in the sport of armored combat/ buhurt and going to a local armored combat gym. As someone who has just started training and learning what recommendations do you guy have for gear starting off? I have a gambeson and chausses from age of craft but was curious if there is anything else I should look into so I can practice at home in my free as I am only able to go to these classes once a week due to work at the moment. I know I should not look into any steel armor until I have trained for much longer and tried on/ fight in loaner armor to see what works best for me but any suggestions outside the scope of steel armor arr greatly appreciated! I am having alot of fun so far!
