What cashmere looks like before it becomes luxury

Most people know cashmere as a finished sweater, scarf or beanie. But this is where the story actually begins.
High in the Himalayan region, goats develop a remarkably soft undercoat to protect themselves through the harsh cold. What you see here is that fibre in its raw form—long before it looks anything like the cashmere we recognise.
It is carefully sorted, cleaned and spun into fine yarn before eventually becoming a finished piece.
For The Loom & Peak, this journey matters. We want people to see the origin behind what they wear—not just the finished product.
From the peaks, through the loom, to you.

Which cashmere beanie colour would you actually wear? 🧶

We’ve been working on different colourways for our 100% cashmere beanies, and I’d genuinely love some feedback.
Which colour would you pick for winter? 👀
Made from premium cashmere with a focus on softness, warmth and simple, timeless design.
